1. Regardless, if the meme is off topic for the stream, then get rid of it. If the user only posts off topic images, that’s spam, and you can ban them

2. Could still be lazy typing, and could also be due to either some sort of developmental disability that makes language hard, or a physical disability that makes typing hard

3. If it’s getting to the point where it’s annoying, tel the user to stop, and if they don’t, that’s harassment. Poof, ban
