You see that staff he holds? It was made by a god and he found it. The user of the staff can make almost anything they think about, happen.

If it's made by a god why can't it make anything and everything?

In the multiverse he lives in, there are lots of other godly beings, if a being is more powerful than him, he can’t simply make them disappear or whatever he wants, basically beings more powerful than Redi are immune to his spells
