I really hate this, I'm typing a story and I've used the 'backspace' button millions of times. And shut down my computer in the prosess.

Pro tip: rip out your shutdown button

For the chromebooks at my school you have t hold for a few seconds to shut it down so it's not a big problem

i'm using my school's Chromebook and it's SO ANNOYING when i'm trying to type something and i think i'm clicking the backspace button but i'm actually clicking the off button. also if your chromebook is about to shut down (like when the screen is fading white) click the off button a couple times, trust me it works.
