My workplace is different from most. It really does feel like a family because the managers actually care about you and the staff help you out when you need it. Of course this is also in the Diner industry and not a Supermarket. But nonetheless everyone is nice and mostly always in a decent mood (sometimes they're not, but that's mostly because they've had a rough time recently so we just let them be).
