We need people like the dude who always gets kicked out to run these buildings instead of being thrown out every time

Gonna sound like a huge nerd right now. But making it illegal has not worked for any of the drugs that are still in circulation. The only way to come close to being able stop people from smoking/vaping, is if every single tobacco plant and nicotine plant were to cease production.

And we know where pretty much all of them are, well, at least the government does.
