Whenever somebody dies to E-142, E-144 spawn kills them for eternity

They were made by a Roblox user named zvardinRB so he can put them into his Rooms fangame "Interminable Rooms"

Note that you can only encounter them at the E section, which you need to pass 399 Rooms to get to it
