Nidhogg was a dragon who gnawed at the roots of Yggdrasil; the World Tree. It communicates with Veðrfölnir, the hawk at the top of Yggdrasil via messages sent by Ratatoska. Void Worms are large serpentine creatures of unimaginable length. Their antennae are prehensile and can be used to manipulate objects.
