In case you don't know it, the lower image is the actual Dutch flag. I'm not kidding when I say you barely see that flag anywhere (I seriously only can think of one place that put the Dutch flag on their roof). And the one that's turned upside down was used during farmer protests... Like I said, DuTcHiEs LoVe ThE nEtHeRlAnDs!
