So by default saitama is more powerful

Their mass will collapse and form a giant black hole

Ok saitama will win this is unbiased because he beat cosmic garou which at the time could have gotten up to beast Gohan level- but! It could be likely aswell that goku beats saitama as in they don't fight they just go put and eat and do an eating competition
