Blank Transparent Square

This is more of a series of events, but it's been happening to me for years
Imy100% sure that my basement is haunted, more specifically my current room.
Ever since I've moved down to the basement, I've experienced wierd and unexplainable things, like footsteps when I was the only one awake, strange sounds, a 40 pound laundry hamper moving on its own, wierd feelings of being watched and not being alone in my room, breathing, I had a pencil bag move, some binders fly off my shelf, and most terrifying, I felt something sit on my bed in the middle of the night back in September
I'm positive that something is haunting my room, and soon I'm hoping to get some friends over with some ghost hunting stuff like EMF readers, spirit boxes, Ouija boards, and other stuff like that
And I think I forgot to add that a door closed on its own last night when I was going upstairs to take a shower
I think this ghost is trying to mess with me
Also last night after taking a shower I found the words "help bobby" written in the fog on the mirror, but idk if that has anything to do with it

My friends house was haunted too
We were downstairs and the lights turned off and then they came back on a table had move 2 feet to the right. Also a painting moved and voices could be heard in the vents

And at my house it was kinda cute but also creepy. The night after my dog died my door opened and I felt pressure on my legs which my dog used to do. She would open the door and lay down on my legs
