i've seen people do it, even though it's not allowed

A while back the site added a stream setting option for Stream Owners whether to allow anonymous submissions in their streams. After that, the owner of the fun stream updated the stream settings to not allow anonymous submissions anymore.

Usually Content in the fun stream that's listed as anonymous was either created by an account that is now deleted or was submitted before the stream settings page was updated.

From what I’ve seen, the only anonymous posts are able to occur in the fun stream is if a user posts in the fun stream but deletes their account shortly after. Another way I’ve seen this happen is if a user from Reddit makes a meme on here and it gets to the frontpage, that is really rare.
