The Kremlin Regiment won't attack bears because Putin loves bears

There are very limited number of bears out in Ukraine. In Europe, the Eurasian brown bear population is about 200,000. Yet, Ukraine only has about 150 to 250 bears left.

All the bears now live in Alaska and Canada.
Bears need a lot of space and food, so they move to wilderness areas. Plus they can't speak Ukrainian...
