i used to get panic attacks for no reason- a lot… i just got therapy and it helped a lil i guess… now i only get prompted panic attacks 👍

i do therapy and i have medication for my anxiety

i didn’t get medication…. i dunno if that’s a good thing, but my last therapist was ass anyways, that’s why we just got a new one lmao

my therapist doesn't help much because all he really does is focus on my anger issues and constantly checks on my relationship status

just tell him that when he asks that it makes you uncomfortable

nope

i'm actually having one as we speak and this is the third one but it just keeps getting worse

hmmm then im not sure how to help

the only thing i can think of is the anxiety of being in a poly relationship with seven people because i'm worried i'm gonna f**k it up

I know that can be hard but if they really care for you then im sure youll be just fine
