He's alright. A bit mediocre - Clinton and Obama were both better - but these days, Biden looks good by comparison to the garbage we've had from Republicans.
even by their own admission, their own stated goal is to be the ones that have done the LEAST for our country. That's their objective. That's what they think is doing a good job in politics.
