Well ACTUALLY it was called that and "the war to end all wars" because it was so horrible. Nobody expected there to be a second world War. And there technically isn't a second world War because they only signed a cease fire. Ww2 is just a continuation of the great war/ the war to end all wars. And in a way it has because there hasn't been a major conflict drawing in all of the European powers since 🤓
