Allow me to define science and inventing. Might as well cover gender too.
Inventing: creating something new that does not already exist. Example: helicopter. Or transgender. Trans is in this category because it was invented. It did not always exist AND the concepts process itself the subject to have a TRANSition from a gender to another.
Science: The study of everything, that already exists.
Gender: the classification of an organic lifeforms sex determined by it's biologic anatomy given through birth. If its anatomy has male parts, then it is male. If its anatomy has female parts, then it is female.
