NEW RULES; PURSUANT WITH STATE LAW 164.236.58; ANY RED STATE RESIDENT THAT KNOWINGLY SELLS OR LEASES REAL ESTATE TO A BLUE STATER SHALL BE ASSESSED AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FEE THAT WILL ACCOUNT FOR THE COST OF SAID INFESTATION AND DIMINISHMENT OF GENERAL LIVABILITY OF HIS NATIVE HOME STATE. THE FEE SHALL EQUAL BUT NOT EXCEED ALL PROFIT OF SAID SALE OR LEASE.
