also according to every pokemon stream mod sylceon counts as an oc because i use it as one, so sylceon is an oc

I deliberately made knifeboi minimalistic so I could make an insane mech suit for him and it would contrast nicely

Also according to the bossfights mods, slyceon barely counts as an oc on the bossfights stream
