2 of my exs used me, and 1 was kind of abusive

How recent was the one?

A couple weeks ago

If you're only hearing it in one area, then it could be haunted

I've heard voices and breathing at night in my room, so I'm no strangers to sounds you haven't made or can't find someone who's made them

At first it was saying "help, help us, help!"
Now it is calling me a "worthless, useless c**t!"

Does it follow you around everywhere or is it just in one place

It follows me around...

Once again, I'm not an expert on this, but you could be schysophrenic, or you could be haunted rather than a place, which has been known to happen, especially if you may have accidentally broken an object which could be ghostly
