Coelacanth: yep. Misty and I will take this side of the island underwater, you and Bedrock take that side.

Inferna: we’ll take the southern side, Cascade, you can go up the middle of the island, and Stormbringer will take the northern side. We’ll meet back here at sunset.

Stormbringer: understood.

Inferna: if you find Abyss, could you bring him back here?

Mirage: you’ve got it.

*you and Cascade walk through a forest area together, you find remnants of the trees cut down and used to firebomb the palace, but other than that, not much besides the typical wildlife you would see on an island*

Marshlurker: *His limp is very noticeable now, with him walking instead of flying*

Marshlurker: “I’ve had this for years, it’s no issue”

Cascade: alright then. *she looked up towards the Sun, it was just after midday. Perfect weather and not a cloud in the sky*

Meanwhile:

Inferna: are you sure?

Ivy: the trees don’t lie. Somethings been here recently.

*a dragon appeared in front of them. Seawing.*

???: you should turn around before this gets bad.

*the same one appeared behind them, and again at their sides, Ivy and Inferna were surrounded and on their own*

???: you! Green dragon! Drop the ring you’re holding.

Ivy: no?

Inferna: who are you?

???: someone you don’t want to mess with, skywing.

*they all talk at once while circling them*

???: you go no further, go back to the mountains firescales.

???: continue and there will be consequences.

???: you won’t find him, you never will.

???: you will pay with your own blood.

Inferna: SHUT UP AND LETS FIGHT ALREADY COWARD. WHERE IS HE?!

Ivy: calm down, not here Inferna.

*a thick fog covers the island, both look around expecting a fight, but no one came*

Cascade: what’s with all of this fog? It was a perfect day a few minutes ago.

*You both turned around, an odd seawing was standing in front of you, around Cascade’s age*

Marshlurker: “Why?” *He reaches into his pitch and grabs his white stone, checking for animus magic*

*the dragon is animus, despite magic being disabled and new spells not working, he’s able to use his*

???: you have your warning, there is nothing more for me to say here. *the dragon sort of fades away, it doesn’t seem real*

Cascade: I think we should head back and tell everyone what we just saw.

Marshlurker: *He looks very uneasy, pulling it out and keeping the orb in his claws* “Yes, I agree”

*both of you head back, Cascade wanted to run but she remembered your leg was injured*

*it began to storm, rain was coming down hard, wind was racing through the trees, you find Bedrock and Mudslide were forced down onto the beach, they were with two new seawings, Mirage and Stormbringer arrived on foot shortly after you guys did, and Coelacanth and Misty dragged themselves out of the water*

*the wind was so bad you all needed to shout*

Mudslide: WHATS GOING ON?

Cascade: I’M WONDERING THE SAME THING. SOME WEIRD SEAWING APPEARED AND TOLD US TO LEAVE. WHO’S WITH YOU?

Bedrock: we found Abyss’s parents!

Abyss’s father: are these your friends?

Mudslide: they are now!

Mirage: do we have everyone? Where’s Inferna and Ivy?!

Misty: not here by the looks of it.

Mudslide: … I’m going into the island.

*they rush in to find Inferna and Ivy*

Marshlurker: “I don’t know if splitting up is a good idea!”

*for them it’s just the fog, they had no wind or rain, but they heard distant thunder*

Inferna: *low growling* I can barely see my talons in front of me, this is a low.

Inferna: I don’t want to explain that right now.

Marshlurker: “That dragon was an animus!”

Abyss’s father: if you are going to find an animus to help find our son, I do think you guys should return to your homes, I don’t want you getting hurt or you all getting in trouble.

Cascade: we’re used to getting into trouble, we’ll be fine.

*Mirage emerges from the forest with Ivy, the storm and wind subside, the fog is gone, it’s now back to a nearly perfect day. Moments later, Mudslide had found her way out, but Inferna was clinging to her back*

Inferna: you’re sure there isn’t any more fog? I still can barely even see you.

Mudslide: I’m sure.. are you ok?

Inferna: I can barely see my talons, not sure if that qualifies as ok.

Stormbringer: what’s the problem?

Mudslide: from what I can tell, she was blinded. I don’t know if it’s temporary or not.

Coelacanth: just great..

Mudslide: on the bright side, bedrock and I found a clue, we need to go to another island though.

Inferna: I’m not sure how I’m going to fly there nearly completely blind.

Mudslide: I’ll stay with you.

Marshlurker: *still a little uneasy* “Alright then..”

*Everyone is feeling a little tense, Mudslide stay’s by Inferna’s side to guide her*

Coelacanth: I think a dragon’s coming this way.

Inferna: what tribe?

Abyss’s mother: icewing.

*Mirage and Mudslide walk back into the forest, the fog began to lift a few minutes later. Even so, it took 10 minutes for Ivy to come out with Mirage. Moments later, Mudslide had found her way out, but Inferna was clinging to her back*

Inferna: you’re sure there isn’t any more fog? I still can barely even see you.

Mudslide: I’m sure.. are you ok?

Misty: maybe it’s because she’s a skywing. One who actually helped in preparation for the bombing of the palace.

Mudslide: we don’t need to go there Misty.

Misty: why do you defend her now?

Seaweed- we all need to stop arguing and think...if you saw what the Animus looked like tell me cause I have a friend who knows a lot about Animus dragons.

Abyss’s father: well, we have a blind skywing, some mudwing hybrids, a mudwing, two seawings, a rainwing, whatever you are *points to Ivy*, and a Nightwing dragonet. I think it’s better if we find him so you dragonets don’t get in trouble with your parents.

Inferna: he said if I continue searching I will “pay with my own blood.” If that’s the price I need to pay to find Abyss, I will.

Mirage: if only we had Blizzard, she took the healing ring with her.

Cascade: I’m sure Stardust will tell her where we are.

Seaweed- I feel like I've heard that saying before...I'm not completely sure though...and abyss's father I don't have parents and I don't need them.

Abyss’s father: you don’t? Are you sure?

Mirage: I know I’m not getting in trouble by my parents.

Inferna: I already am. What’s one more inconvenience to add to the list?

*Cascade and Stormbringer look at each other nervously*

Seaweed- yes I'm sure! What's wrong cascade and stormbringer?

Stormbringer: I’m more worried about the animus you guys encountered. Who cares if we get in trouble if we stop another Darkstalker.

Mudslide: if this is the work of an animus, what does he want with your seawing friend?

Abyss’s father: I’d rather have you dragonets stay safe. After what just happened, we can ask the Queen to help us search for Abyss and stop whatever dragon that has kidnapped him.

Seaweed- I can bring my friend nighthawk who knows a lot about Animus dragons...and I'm sure she would love to help.

Mudslide: I’ll light up my scales if I’ve found something. If I light them rapidly, then that means somethings dangerous.

Seaweed- ok got it!

*you search your side of the island for a few hours. You don’t find anything of significance. You think you see an outline of an underwater home*

Mudslide: I don’t see much, do you see anything?

Seaweed- maybe just an underwater home but nothing else

Inferna: one more thing.. I’m sorry Abyss didn’t fly back to you sooner and this is how you found out where he’s been.

Abyss’s father: as long as he’s safe, that’s what’s most important.

*Mudslide follows.. at the home, you don’t see much. At the entrance there was a note from Abyss’s parents, telling him they miss him and that they went to look for him and to go to the Summer Palace if they weren’t there. There were a few possessions but that’s it. Mudslide looks around to see if she could find a clue, she ends up finding another note, but this time from someone else. It told Abyss to a nearby island, not the one you started from. Mudslide takes it with her.*

Seaweed- did you find anything?

Mudslide: a note.. telling him to go to another island. He was here.

*you two turn to leave but another seawing enters the home*

???: who are you two?

Mudslide: we’re looking for a dragon named Abyss. Have you seen him?

???: .. I didn’t think mudwings could speak aquatic.. and no. I’ve been looking for two years. I’ve feared the worst for my son…

*Mudslide looks at each other for a second, unsure of what to say..*

Mudslide: maybe you should come with us. *she holds the note, the parent takes it*

Mudslide: we have more dragons helping. If we reach the surface, we can take a few minutes to gather them up and head over to the island.

Abyss’s father: give us a few minutes to prepare as well. That dragon has always been giving our son trouble.

Seaweed- ok

*After finding Abyss’s mother, the four of you swim to the surface and fly towards the island you were started on, it wasn’t that far*

Mudslide: it was nice and sunny when we got here. What’s with the rain and fog?

Seaweed- there is a lot of fog...I've never seen the weather change this quickly in the ocean... normally only in the rainforest or in the mountains

Mudslide: it shouldn’t be this bad either. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky until a few seconds ago! *the wind starts to pick up, it forces you all down on the beach*

Abyss’s father: *he has to scream to be heard over the wind* are you sure your friends are here?!

Mudslide: POSITIVE.

*Misty and Cascade run out of the small forest breathing heavily*

Cascade: do not go in there…

Misty: that’s the first time I’ve seen four of the same dragon at the same place.
