Its type of syndrome where you have constant tics (AKA repetitive body movements/noises) without really knowing that you're doing it. for example, someone with tourettes syndrome would twitch their shoulder over and over.

Oh yeah I have that, I have a blinking twitch, a leg twitch, an arm twitch, I crack my fingers basically every 5 seconds, neck twitch, basically all the twitches and tics

You should go to a doctor to see if you actually have it. There are also other Disorders/Syndromes like ADHD that involve tics.

I have tics too like whistling, random leg movements, and other stuff. I am diagnosed with ADHD.
