As someone who lives with roosters, they actually do this all damn day. It is cute huehue, rub their red thingys while they do it and they will just pause.
I own a bunch of hens and 2 roosters, and they do that bc they want to show off that they are the best rooster and they want hens to fall in love with them. not sure how that works.
