Rule No 1 is fine with free cans of tuna for all cats named Meowth because that could be included within Reviving Imgflip_Bank where we could giveaway tuna and have festivals promoting Meowth with Tuna.

Rule No 2 with banning anime, how about no because that's unconstitutional

This is not a set of policies Big Tent Alliance must abide by to agree with because we are big tent.

My set of policies that I'd abide by and stand for includes...

1. Talking to people, not at people.
2. Recall elections bill with mandatory petition being initiated if President has approval rating of below 50%.
3. Approval rating polls will be asked at least twice every three weeks.
4. Introduce the Active Voters Amendment with 5 days of being active for eligibility of voting.
5. Crackdown on mail-in voters by having rate of submissions per 3 week periods.
6. Free Speech.
7. Repeal unlawful laws and precedents IncognitoGuy created such as Children’s show kissing pictures.
8. Renewal of mandated license bill (must renew license every three months).
9. Save All Amendments Amendment, except for Incognito’s ones.
10. Revive ImgflipBank.
11. Improve activity on Imgflip Presidents.
