It is a world that looks just like the world it is accessed from, but upside down. You will feel sick and you could jump a lot higher, but there is still some gravity. Things will be different though, as some events might have not happened or some new events will happen. It has a flag for the whole world.

To access it, you have to obtain a magic book from a library, and recite a spell that sends you through the ground into the downside.
