"The voices told me so" and other certified bruh moments

Why is it whenever somebody hears voices in their head the voices always ask them to do evil shit like kill or destroy? How come the voices inside people's tell em to do something positive like donate to charity, help an old lady cross the street or go fill in the potholes in the road
