Its the beginning of the 2nd arc, also known as see no evil.

Eyes await my answer to the all important question. “Who am I? Where am I from? Why am I in the scientific department?”
“Let’s start in the beginning,” I face them and say. “I was hired ten years before I joined the scientific department by a group known as the insurgency. They posed as a defector from the foundation while dealing with problems the foundation needed a special unit to solve. Slowly, I wormed my way into the Red Right Hand, the MTF unit that answers directly to the O-5 council.
I was put into the unit, Elipson-11, or the nine-tailed fox. This group was the second sub-unit of the Red Right Hand. It dealt directly with sites by responding to large-scale breaches. We also attempted to prevent them by sticking agents into high-risk areas. Some even are on guard for the most dangerous SCPs the foundation holds.
I was on the main task force when it happened, the Insurgency broke free. The group that was made of the most loyal people to the O-5 council decided to defect from the foundation and start a war with it. They renamed themselves the ‘Chaos Insurgency’. Since then, they stole many anomalous objects from groups of interest and even the foundation itself. The reason why a group as loyal as the red right hand broke away from the foundation baffles the O-5s.
After this incident, I was reassigned to be the eyes of the fox along with Barnes. I knew there was someone else, but I didn’t know who or where they were. All I knew was in case we are needed, we are in places to immediately respond and hopefully end the threat.”
“Wow,” Rachel says. Her beautiful eyes show shock and maybe the sadness of betrayal.
“Can you contact the other foxes?” James asks.
“Maybe.”

“Bzzzz”, the earpiece in the SCRAMBLE goggles rings.
I am trying to contact the nearest site, Site 19. There should be a E-11 member or someone with the power to help us there.
Finally, the earpiece gives a hint of help. It picks up. We all look toward it with hopes of salvation.
“Hellooooooo.” Our hopes are killed. It is Dr. Bright.
Dr. Jack Bright is the director of site 19. He is a man who possesses the necklace that gives him the ability to transfer his soul into other people. He is known for being crazy and terrifying.
“This is the survivors of site 26,” I reply.
“Oh, survivors of the site that went kablooey,” he laughs. “What brings you to Bright Ideas today?”
“We need help containing 096,” I say.
“Now we have a problem,” he gets serious.

“We are at the bar Clef and Sons,” I tell him.
There is a pause and what sounds like the doctor yelling orders to someone on the other side of the line.
“Standby,” he says, finally. “We will be there in a jiffy.

We all sit and wait for Dr. Bright to arrive. We anticipate what will come in the conversation that follows.
“You played a tough card there,” James tells me.
“It feels like the right card,” I reply.
“The shy guy is no easy task to recontain. Now we are committed to getting it.”
“Remember, it’s the one we’ve been tracking the most.”
“True, but it is extremely hard to contain, no matter how many people we have.”
“We have Dr. Bright and I have a plan.”
The shy guy, or SCP-096, is a tall, humanoid figure with elongated arms, no hair, and bleached white skin. Its mouth can stretch down to the middle of its chest. It is docile most of the time, but when its face is viewed, it will go into a state of extreme distress. A minute later, it will hunt down that person and kill them.
Suddenly, the door opens and a man with a lab coat and a small tablet in his hand walks in.
“You wanted to discuss 096,” he says. This is Dr. Bright.
