The medication one is usually under the case of nitroglycerin(generally used for angina. Commonly found in with people who have COD[Coronary Artery Disease], which is narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart.)

ibuprofen or acetaminophen (basic painkillers which contain caffeine so basically a withdrawl issue)

Whats your symptoms aside from headache?

Muscle pain?

Cough? Cough with phlegm?

Congestion? Runny nose? Sneezing? Loss of smell? Redness? Post-nasal drip?

Chills? Fatigue? Fever? Malaise? Body ache?

Watery eyes? Itchiness? Redness of the eyes?

Sinus pressure?

Chest pressure? Swollen lymph nodes? Throat irritation?

You may either have the Common Cold, Covid (though doubtful), or Influenza

Influenza doesn't always come with a fever. When it doesn't it's harder to spot.
I would suggest calling a nearby hospital if you start to get a fever though.
