Should we really ignore the fact that this Gestapo committee is literally guilty of evidence tampering? It’s been CLEARLY established that Trump did not encourage any sort of insurrection-type behavior. If Diaper Joe was in the exact same position as Trump, there would be no investigation. There’s no such thing as equal justice in America anymore.
