If it was seditious or treasonous to vote against certifying the election with no prior law or precedent at all saying they couldn't, then this to me is an FDR situation; if we don't like tradition being broken, we pass an amendment to ensure it doesn't happen again.

We didn't kick FDR out of the Presidency for defying precedent. At most, as you point out, Jordan is the only one you could *maybe* nail on a conspiracy charge. The rest can't be touched unless you want to open the door to the GOP kicking out whomever they please for ethics violations too. What goes around comes around.
