Gov. Kate Brown pretends to be functional and moral

Because I find executions dysfunctional and immoral, I've commuted the sentence of every prisoner who was on the State's death row and yes, including those who tortured and/or murdered children. Also be assured I will never stop fighting for your right to abortion, because that's what functional, moral leaders do to protect victims!
