this happened near some kind of supposed msmg insurgency compound, although I have no evidence the group is responsible for this, and another aspect that they might not have caused it. They do not possess the technology to do this kind of thing.
I’m not going to take this as a excuse to raid their compound, but after what they did to the infrastructure of the city. It’s more than likely that they may also be using the compound as a training facility too.
