Finland is a country in Europe. Patrick fell and knocked his head which sometimes gives people a temporary inability to say what they mean, and instead say words that sound like the one they want to say. I’m assuming he wanted to yell “Fish paste!” Fish paste is an expletive used in SpongeBob, which is basically the SpongeBob version of the F-Word. So, Patrick wanted to shout a mean word, but it came out as a European country.
