In the genocide route, Moris doesn’t do anything but stare. If you interact with Moris, he’ll just say “…”

In the normal route, Moris is a shopping mall. Seriously. You could buy anything from him. Except a strangely covered item that gets uncovered once you have beaten both genocide and pacifist routes. :]
