i use it since i want to do more damage to the Hard Difficulity Bedrock Wither you using normal arrows don't deal so much damage

Health potions deal damage to mobs that the game classifies as "undead", so arrows tipped with Instant Health potion are actually quite useful when fighting off a horde of zombies or skeletons

Undead mobs like zombies and skeletons are healed by harming potions and hurt by healing potions

if your friend is at low health you can use health 2 potions on a stack of arrows healing them each time they are hit.

nah, tipped arrow of water exists lol. healing arrows do have a use of dealing with undead enemies.

Is it just me or does any body use it for zombies?

Healing arrows are great against undead mobs, as in pocket editon mobs gain heath when harming is thrown at them, but lose a lot more when healing is thrown.
