I think it'd be cool if Blook had 2 or 3 fights, so this'd be the last of them.

After encountering Blook again, now with the crown he wants, Wymar is ready to crown the king. It might do something good, or something bad.

It wasn't good.

Blook had become powerful, and wants to avenge his dead friends(any bosses defeated before this point).

Just do a pacifist route.

idk maybe mods would allow multiple fights

blook doesnt seem like a reocurring boss to me,
i think blook would be better as single-round boss at the mid-start of the game, maybe avenging knifeboi or somethin idk
