I've had appendicitis
Tbh, the worst part is after the surgery, since you're in more pain than you were before
Then if you laugh it hurts because the wounds haven't healed all the way
The symptoms I had though were achy abdominal pain, nausea, actually throwing up, headache, and occasional dizziness
It's a common thing but it probably won't happen to you and it's not really that scary if you actually ever get it
