I drink iced coffee quite a bit (because my gay ass loves it and I can't stand hot coffee because I can't stand the bitterness it has) and I don't feel any different

I see, tbh I prefer tea over coffee (mainly wheat coffee since yea, I drink that when I wanna have dessert). I rarely drink normal coffee, if I am, it better be with milk cause yea, it'll lower the effect of how sleepy I can get from drinking it.
Coffee dose that to me to, it has to do with the caffeine and the reverse affect it has on ADHD people, I still drink a lot of coffee, though it just mellows me out, an energy drink will cost me to have a massive crash and sleep for like 12 hours

Ah, green tea is my favorite tea. TBH, I prefer tea in general-
Welp-; So I drank coffee yesterday, I was tired through the whole day. Normally, yes I'd drink wheat coffee but normal coffee makes me tired... Its the only drink that makes me sleepy. Anyway, how is everyone?
