Requirements
Has to be called the chrome Pokémon (real name is your choice)
Has to be dark/steel
Signature move is chromatic cut
Is allowed to resemble other Pokémon (ex: mew&mewtwo koriadon&cylizar)
Should have a dark gray in its colors
Winner will be redrawn by me
Second and third get a follow
