Pokémon fans, some Disney fans, etc. The definition of a furry is the following: an enthusiast for animal characters with human characteristics, in particular a person who dresses up in costume as such a character or uses one as an avatar online. This means that, technically, if you like a humanoid animal/animalistic human, you are a furry. This is why I don’t see anything wrong with furries, and plus, what are they doing to you?

If we’re gonna stereotype furries, we should at least make our image of furries more accurate. I think saying somebody is a furry bc they like animals with human-like traits is closer than somebody who wants to bang a lemming. The latter isn’t necessarily a furry, just bestiality.
