If time didn’t exist, would we ever be late? What if time didn’t exist? Would there be a bunch of different mes all living in one frame of life?

Technically it can exist, since merely existing requires only a moment. The problem is that nothing can come into being in the first place because that's a process that requires time. So while in theory, something can exist without time, in practice, it can't.
