Maybe because there is no incentive to?
Maybe because their not paid a livable wage?
Maybe because ramen is getting too expensive for just a packet of freeze dried noodles and seasoning packet?
Maybe because we pay more taxes than the people with more than enough money to do so do?
Maybe because rent is far more than what any job pays and still doesn't provide anything other than a single empty bedroom that has never been maintained by the landlord?
