What did the guy do wrong? All I know is that Nozomi kinda got hit in the head and continuisly says that foxes can survive and love nukes.

1) he exists
2) he claims to be an anime character
3) he says foxes are immune to radiation, as well as tigers and rats, despite all of those animals having overall HIGHER cancer rates than most other animals
4) he is an annoying asshole to literally every single f**king person who tries to reason with him
