Well, humans have a lot more to offer actually,
there are:
the bones that you can drink the marrow from or make a fence out of
Lots of organs that you can either sell or eat (some are tastier than others)
Hair that you can use to make rope to tie nooses for the kids in you basement
Fingernails (they usually work better than toenails) that, with enough experince, you can make into guitar picks
And even flesh that you can cook with some vegtables and the eyeballs to make a delicious stew
