since eggbots are made by eggyhead, which mean that these robots are on the good side, stickbots will have no problem with them since they are on the same side. eggbots are in the stickbots' "neutral section" of their code

their weakness is tar, they made it lava proof, water proof, pretty much anything liquid proof, but when they expiremented with tar for the last test, the tar somehow crept into the robot's system and destroyed it. but tar is not common in the Citadel

There is a list of enemies, allies, and neutral beings in their codes. the current settings make it attack: Egg-sicutioner, D.O.G, Limitless Devourer, The Destroyer, Beldum, Mr Void and so on
