He literally says mods cant ban people in the dark humour stream or their mod will be removed (he's not even the creator of the stream, just an owner), and in comics, he says that we cannot delete comments for ''other'' reasons or your mod will be removed, and he's not even the creator

He makes a lot of good memes. I personally have not seen any major mod abuse from him, so I doubt he'll be using those rules for evil.

I'm not saying he abuses his owner, I'm saying he makes utterly ridiculous rules.

I said mods can not perma-ban in the dark humor stream, but they can still give bans that are up to 48 hours long. And for the “other” reason for deleting comments, it is so users can know why their comment was deleted, instead of no reason, which lots of people use for their own personal issues with somebody, and I don’t believe that is fair.

You did not state that mods can perma-ban.

The other reason one is ridiculous, what if there were no other valid reasons where you will be having to give the ''other'' reason with an explanation? You should update it.
