Ah nice! Finland I am told is a lovely place, particularly from people who have visited on vacation and a few that live there. I made this post particularly for a few of my friends that live in Europe, they still have some building that are stranding war memorials from the Invasion. They described to me how it's "odd" to see Americans defending the actions of their own countrymen that were fascist by definition, but are claimed otherwise. It must be strange viewing Americans being comfortable with the idea of Nazism, especially from the perspective of those living in the areas of former battlefields during the invasion.

Apologies for any confusion, that wasn't really an appraisal. It was an acknowledgement that I was told Finland is beautiful, though I couldn't say myself because I have never been there.

If you use a term loosely, inappropriately and improperly. it means absolutely nothing when it's used in the future, and thus loses history, meaning and purpose. Nazi's were fascists, who fought for and collaborated with the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei or NSDAP IE the Nazi's. Fascist's aren't a group of people who hold an opinion contrary to yours, They are people who seeks to take away rights and individual freedoms of the people and succeed in doing by oppressing the individuals deemed impure or undesirable. if you pay attention to the mannerisms of the people who you disagree with that you call typically "Nazis", you'll notice they are just scared and extremely defensive and the people they are voting for and watching on the TV or Web are Typically telling them to be afraid and defensive because their lives and rights are being threatened by a common enemy...
