First of all, it's not a cult. With the current state of the nation the average conservative feels like there is almost no hope. No hope for a future where their own children won't be taken and indoctrinated to become the intellectual and moral equivalent of mud. Which is what the current government with its LGBTQIAA+-#% policies, poor handling of national debt, abortion, the nullification of the importance of marriage, and many other things. When the average conservative looks for a solution many consider it to be Trump. Yeah, I agree he's not a great guy, and yes he is a bit over fantasized. But understand that the more liberal policies are enacted the more most people of common sense and good moral standards will look to someone to get this nation out of such a mess. In this case Trump. I also know of many conservatives who are not Trump fans, but they do recognize that he's the best option.

But, in all fairness, I believe we all want what's good for our country, and there are a whole lot of both reps and demos in political offices that are just in it for power and greed. All good, yeah I can agree that a lot of politicians are in it for the money and power, and yeah, Trump might very well be in it for power, idk about greed tho since he declined a pension. Personally I don't care if a politician is in it for power as long as they have policies that will benefit the nation. But this whole Trump thing a lot of liberals and Democrats conceive as a cult, which it is not. Most conservatives just view his policies to have higher moral standards than most Democrat policies regardless of what things Trump has said. I think I better stop commenting in this post lol.
