This year as we give thanks for what we have, let us not forget the origin of the holiday and the whitewash that misled us from the truth in our younger years. Happy Thanksgiving P2:; Instead of celebrating the crimes by pilgrims, we can be thankful for (and celebrate) many American Tribes and European settlers who chose peace as a first option; We certainly don't have to have Thanksgiving be a memorial day, but we can certainly include the truth and make something better out of a "holiday" in which all can participate.
