Let’s see if I, as a competitive expert, can rate this team on competitive viability.
Emboar doesn’t have its hidden ability, but that doesn’t actually matter because Reckless doesn’t do anything with that set, so that’s fine. Rest is OK to run on an Emboar, but it doesn’t have Chesto Berry or Sleep Talk, which makes it very awkward to use. Also, Solar Beam is just bad on an Emboar. It’s rarely going to find itself in the Sun, and Emboar’s SpAtk isn’t good enough to warrant using a two turn move along side physical attacks. Replace solar beam with sleep talk, and that’s not a bad set.
Gliscor isn’t a bad set by any means. My biggest gripe with it is that it could be so much better. The attacks are great. Duel Wingbeat or Acrobatics would be a better move than Fire Fang, since Flying, Ground, and Rock cover all the types Fire does, but Acrobatics is only good if you run Focus Sash. Speaking of the held item, on a Poison Heal gliscor, Toxic Orb is easily the best item. After the first turn, Gliscor would get Poisoned. It the would heal every turn, assuming it doesn’t lose its ability, and would get a worse status like burn.
Gengar is mostly good. I would just replace Shadow Claw with Shadow Ball and Night Shade with Perish Song. Thanks to Shadow tag, if you use Perish Song and then switch Gengar out on the turn before the perish, the opponent is guaranteed to faint, but Gengar will love to fight again. This can be paired nicely with toxic spikes.
Ludicolo is odd. Swords dance is useless on any Pokémon not running physical moves, and Echoed voice rarely sees use. I’d replace swords dance with Rain dance. This would boost your Speed thanks too Swift Swim, and boost the power of your hydro pump. I’d also replace Echoed Voice with hidden power ground or ice beam for coverage. Also, and this is just preference, energy ball could be more useful than Leaf Storm if your in a situation where you can’t switch.
Heliolisk is completely fine except for the item. Muscle band does nothing for that set, and life orb or choice specs would do that Pokémon nicely. Although if you do run Specs, replace toxic with volt switch
Grimsnarl is also great. Just replace the nearly useless draining kiss with spirit break or trick, and then eject button with lagging tail, maybe, if your running trick, and that’s a good set.
All around, a solid 7/10 team. Not bad at all.
