i used to celebrate thanksgiving but after i moved out of hawaii we stopped being able to go to my cousin’s huge thanksgiving feasts with the whole extended family and my immediate family doesn’t have much money so over the years our thanksgiving celebration went from average thanksgiving to take out from eatzi’s to thrice microwaved leftovers from the restaurant mom works at to mashed potatoes to we just don’t celebrate it anymore lol
